How to use the Student Birthday Tent Sign Template
Download the free template, open in Microsoft Word, and click “Save As.” Save the template to your computer in a place you can access it easily. You can either print blank sheets and handwrite each student’s name as their birthday approaches or you can type the name directly into the template and print.
Once it’s printed, fold the paper along the dotted line. Now you have a birthday tent that can be taped or placed on a student’s desk for everyone to see and congratulate! For students whose birthdays fall on weekends, you can acknowledge these students on Fridays. For those whose birthdays fall during school breaks, you can make fun days where the class gets to celebrate all those birthdays at once!

This free template is ready to use right after downloading. However, if you want to customize the template to reflect your personal style, that is also easy to do. To switch the birthday cakes, simply right-click on each one and select “Change Picture” and select an image that is on your computer that you would rather use. For the text, you can easily change colors and fonts from what is available on your computer.
