To change the image, you will simply right-click the picture and select “Change Picture” from the drop-down menu. Scroll down the page until you arrive at the date of submission highlighted in red. This will depend on the system you have for your invoicing but enter the date you submitted your invoice in this section.

Next, write down all the required information listed under each highlighted item of the actual invoice. For example, under the “Project” title, you can write the service or item you’re providing the customer for this specific task.

If there are any parts or labor associated with your invoice, you can give your clients an itemized list in the “Description” section below. The Invoice Spreadsheet will take the totals for each item and give your customer the final total automatically. You are then free to print the document and hand it to your customer.
