How to Use the Net Worth Template
Downloading the free template to your computer is as simple as clicking on the link provided at the bottom of this page.
Next, start by entering your name and date at the very top of the page. This will allow you to print and store your files for each year. You can also choose the type of currency you want to use in the space to the far right.
The next step is to go through the various assets, investments, and property you own. The template gives you quite a few examples for each topic but you can easily change these by clicking the cell you want to change and write something new.
After you have entered everything positive, it’s time to enter liabilities, loans, and mortgages you may have as well.
You will notice that at the bottom of both the assets and liabilities section, there is a grand total highlighted in gray for both. This is the total calculation for all the figures you have entered for each section.
