You can download the free template by clicking the link provided at the bottom of your screen.

Next, open the document and print the sheet. You can print this template by clicking the “File” tab in the Home Ribbon and selecting the “Print” from the list of options that will appear.

Go ahead and take a look at the options and read the questions. You can use the space beneath each question to provide an answer. This will help you memorize both the questions and your answers to them. In time, when you’re in the interview, your responses will look poised and sound fluid.

Let’s go through an example! The last question of the template is “Why do you want to work in this position?” Saying “uuuum I don’t know,” simply won’t cut it. You need to have an elegant answer that will impress them.

If you’re applying for a role as a graphic designer you might say something like, “Art is a medium that requires no translation. That’s what makes it the perfect vehicle to convey a message from person to person or company to company. I’ve spent my life studying the principles of art and design so I can better communicate with the world. I look at the work you’re doing here and I know I can use my skills to contribute to this company and communicate your message more effectively.”

A response like that is much better than not having the answer. This template can prepare you for the nerve-racking rigors of going through an interview.
