You may have noticed that these documents usually come with a bar typed where the details have to be filled. This is really convenient if the document has to be printed and filled out by hand. But what if you want to type in the details? Why not? It’s faster and more convenient. Below, we have provided a free way to create the document you want without messing up spacing and getting frustrated.

To create great forms in Word. First, you’ll need to add the Developer tab if it has not already been added.

It should be the only one unchecked.

On the Insert tab, add a table and enter details.
