How to Use the Microsoft Agenda Wizard
After you’ve downloaded the agenda wizard for free by using the link available on this page, you will open the file in Microsoft Word. In order to begin using the wizard, you will need to enable the Macros feature by clicking on the enable content tab. After you’ve clicked this tab, the wizard will open in a separate pop-up window. The wizard will allow you to create an organized agenda for all of your future meetings.
The first step in using the agenda wizard is to select a style. Your options include boxes, modern and standard. Once selected, click next to advance to the details section of the agenda wizard. In the details portion, you will select the date, time, title and location of the next meeting. Once completed, click next.
You’ll choose what type of headings you wish to include. The headings available include type of meeting, “please read”, “please bring” and special notes. The agenda wizard will then ask you which names you want to appear on the agenda. The names include:

The penultimate portion of the agenda wizard is titled “topics”. Here, you will list the agenda topic, person, minutes and any special notes. The final section of the agenda wizard is titles “minutes”. This is where you will select if you would like a form for recording the minutes. Once selected, click finish and your customized agenda will appear as a Microsoft Word document. The agenda can then be modified or adjusted if necessary, and printed off for your next meeting.
